There are Minimum two directors and maximum seven directors in all private limited company. The first directors of the company is appointed at the time of registration of the company and other can be added later on with the permissiveness of existing directors at the time of general meeting. This latter is described to change the registered office from one place to other but in the same city. It is described with permission of all the directors. Board resolution to change the registered office is done by us.
